Jumpscare

Every second has a 10,000 chance of playing a jumpscare. Based on this mod.

Includes a text file where you can:

1. Change which jumpscares can appear

2. Slowly increase the chance every second

Window version should autostart when the computer is turned on. It does not work on Mac or Linux. If I get at least 3 comments telling me to make a Mac/Linux version, I will look into it.

Please let me know if there are any problems. I want this to work and it is very funny.
